CHIP Alumni

The Home Health Education Service (HHES) CHIP Alumni provides tools necessary to make long term health choices. Everyone who completes the CHIP program is eligible to join the CHIP Alumni Association. Graduates from other CHIP programs may also become members. A monthly newsletter "CHIP CHAT" is published and distributed either via regular mail or email.
